Apex Mountain Inn and Spa is glad to accommodate the needs of large groups. Weather it be a big family gathering, a school trip or team building weekend for your office, you'll find everything you need right here at the heart of the Apex Mountain Resort.

Group Bookings
Payment and Cancellation
  • During Ski Season $100 deposit per room at time of booking
  • During Off Season $50 deposit per room at time of booking
  • Full cost required 30 days prior to arrival
  • Rooms cancelled prior to 30 days subject to loss of initial deposit
  • Rooms cancelled within 30 days subject to full cost at management's discretion
  • Bookings of 15 or more rooms will receive one complimentary room
Group Policies
  • All groups require a "Group Leader" in charge of payments
  • Rooming list is required 10 days prior to arrival
  • Any unused rooms will immediately be released for resale
  • Damage deposit or credit card is required at time of check-in
