Payment and Cancellation
- During Ski Season $100 deposit per room at time of booking
- During Off Season $50 deposit per room at time of booking
- Full cost required 30 days prior to arrival
- Rooms cancelled prior to 30 days subject to loss of initial deposit
- Rooms cancelled within 30 days subject to full cost at management's discretion
- Bookings of 15 or more rooms will receive one complimentary room
- All groups require a "Group Leader" in charge of payments
- Rooming list is required 10 days prior to arrival
- Any unused rooms will immediately be released for resale
- Damage deposit or credit card is required at time of check-in
- At Apex Mountain Inn and Spa you will be able to host an array of group events.
