Policies
All room rates are based on double occupancy, per night and in Canadian Funds. Extra persons are $20.00 each per night. All rates are subject to 5% GST and 8% Hotel Tax.
We require the first nights room and tax at time of booking. It is non-refundable. 30 days prior to arrival, the balance is due. If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund the balance less teh deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, nothing will be refunded.
Please Note: There is a 3 night minimum during Christmas (December 21 - 25) and a 4 night minimum during New Years (December 26 - January 1). There is also a 3 night minimum the weekend fo January 11 - 14 and February 15 - 18, 2008).
